Job Description

The Site Support is responsible for all back office activities of monitoring the management of site performance through adherence to procedure application, completion and submission of required reports, training of personnel, following the new hire onboarding process, rotation\assignments, and feedback analysis for continuous improvement

Responsibilities
  • Support the editing, dissemination and training of Operational Instruction (OI) and Operational Procedures (OP) issued for the construction activities

  • Support the Site Managers and Site Coordinators to manage the construction site in accordance with the OI and OP and collect feedback from the site to put in place the necessary actions for improvement of the management site procedures and the contracts

  • Collect and analyse site information\reports monitoring: KPIs and the impact on work completion, change orders, schedule deviations and/or delays, and contract and permit availability

  • Monitor the site management tools to optimize and improve the form\standard\data record\data analysis

  • Support the Area Construction Manager in the personnel management in terms of: training, job rotation, site team definition, headcount budgeting process

Collaborate with Quality and Operational Excellence unit for the sharing and the implementation of procedures, Lesson Learned, on boarding and continuous improvement

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Project).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally and with a team orientation attitude
  • Knowledgeable of contract documentation and technical specifications.
  • General knowledge of environmental and safety requirements.
  • Understanding of Quality Control process
  •  AA, Construction Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of Construction experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to pull information from spreadsheet, analyze data from various sources, and prepare information for monthly reporting
  • Valid Driver's license.
